SR-9009 Stenabolic Liquid

Product Details: SR-9009 Liquid

SR-9009 Liquid is a laboratory-grade small-molecule compound formulated exclusively for research use [1]. It is supplied as a stable liquid, allowing precise dosing and reproducible experimental conditions.

Its chemical stability and solubility in laboratory solvents make it suitable for in vitro and ex vivo studies, enabling controlled investigation of molecular pathways, enzymatic activity, and cellular metabolism [1].

The structural properties of SR-9009 support targeted studies of nuclear receptor-mediated gene regulation, facilitating research into circadian rhythm, energy metabolism, and mitochondrial function in preclinical models [1].

Mechanism of Action

SR-9009 is a synthetic Rev-Erb agonist that binds selectively to nuclear receptors Rev-Erbα and Rev-Erbβ in laboratory models. These receptors act as transcriptional repressors, regulating genes involved in circadian rhythm, lipid metabolism, and energy homeostasis [1].

Upon binding, SR-9009 modulates target gene transcription, providing a controlled system for studying circadian and metabolic pathways in experimental systems without off-target activity [3].

In preclinical models, SR-9009 influences mitochondrial function and energy metabolism, supporting precise investigations of transcriptional regulation, metabolic enzyme activity, and cellular energy dynamics [2].

Properties of SR-9009 Liquid:
