Trenevar – Product Details

What is Trenavar?

Trenavar, chemically known as Estra-4,9,11-triene-3,17-dione, is a synthetic androgenic-anabolic steroid (AAS) compound that has been examined in non-human research environments. It is classified as a prohormone, meaning it serves as a precursor to active steroid hormones, particularly trenbolone, a potent androgen.

Structurally, Trenavar is a dione-based compound, and upon metabolic conversion, it may yield trenbolone-like metabolites. Due to its close structural similarity to trenbolone, it has been used in laboratory research to investigate androgen receptor activation, anabolic pathways, and steroid metabolism.

• CAS Number: 4642-95-9
• Molar Mass: Approximately 270.37 g/mol
• Chemical Formula: C18H20O2
• IUPAC Name: (17β)-17-Hydroxyestra-4,9,11-trien-3-one
• Synonyms: Estra-4,9,11-triene-3,17-dione, Trendione, Estra-4,9,11-triene-3-one,17b-hydroxy

How Does Trenavar Work?

In controlled research environments, Trenavar is studied for its ability to undergo metabolic activation. When metabolized, it may convert into trenbolone-like structures, which are hypothesized to interact with androgen receptors. This receptor interaction is believed to influence transcriptional activity of target genes involved in protein synthesis, nitrogen retention, and muscle tissue development.
